H.R. 2369 - Wireless Privacy Enhancement Act
(Tauzin (R) LA and 11 cosponsors)

The Administration has no objection to House passage of H.R. 2369. The Administration recommends, however, that section 2(c) of the bill be amended to change from 90 to 180 days the period for the Federal Communications Commission to issue regulations implementing H.R. 2369.
