This Statement of Administration Policy provides the Administration's views
on H.J. Res. 128, the Continuing Resolution, FY 1999. Your consideration
of the Administration's views would be appreciated.
The Administration has no objection to the resolution and urges the House
to adopt it in its current form.
The Administration urges the Congress to complete action on the pending FY
1999 appropriations bills as quickly as possible and send them to the
President in acceptable form.
